Rights and obligations of lecturers in our company

Terms and Conditions:

1. Trial Work Period:

- The lecturer is subject to a 3-month trial period with the platform before concluding the final contract With the receipt of his full salary dues, but he is not entitled to receive an annual bonus until after passing this period

- The lecturer is evaluated during this period based on performance, quality and adherence to deadlines.

- The final contract will not be concluded until all required official papers are submitted and the trial work period is successfully completed.

2. Required Official Papers:

- The lecturer must submit the following documents:

1. Certified academic and professional certificates.

2. Personal ID or passport.

3. Training licenses and certificates (if any).

4. Updated CV.

- The final contract will not be concluded until all documents are received and verified and 3 months of working with us have passed.

3. Distribution of financial returns:

- Financial returns are paid to the lecturer on a monthly basis according to the agreed schedule or in the form of shares.

4. Teachers' rights:

A. Fair financial compensation:

- Teachers are entitled to receive a fair wage for the lessons and educational materials they provide, as mentioned above.

B. Technical and administrative support:

- The platform provides continuous technical and administrative support to teachers to help them improve their educational experience and ensure the smooth running of the educational process.

C. Professional development:

- The platform provides teachers with opportunities for training and continuous professional development, which helps them enhance their educational and pedagogical skills.

D. Freedom of creativity:

- Teachers are free to use their preferred educational methods and provide creative content, provided that it is consistent with the platform's policies and educational standards.

E. The lecturer enjoys the following benefits:

1. Free educational classes for his children: The lecturer's children have the right to attend free educational classes through the platform.

2. Social insurance: The lecturer has the right to subscribe to the platform's social insurance system if he so wishes.

3. Health insurance: The lecturer is entitled to receive assistance of 20% of the price of medicines after submitting the necessary documents (prescriptions and purchase invoices).

5. Teachers' duties:

A. Providing high-quality educational content:

- Teachers must provide accurate and appropriate educational lessons and curricula for the students' level.

- Commitment to updating the content periodically to keep pace with scientific developments and approved curricula.

B. Commitment to deadlines:

- Teachers must adhere to the dates of classes and agreed-upon timetables.

- Inform the administration and students in advance in the event of any difficulty or delay in providing classes.

C. Professional respect and ethical behavior:

- Treating students with respect and kindness, and avoiding any form of discrimination or abuse.

- Commitment to the rules of professional conduct and commitment to educational ethics standards.

D. Evaluation and feedback:

- Providing periodic evaluations of students based on their performance, and providing appropriate feedback to improve their academic level.

- Submitting reports and evaluations on time.

E. Privacy and Data Protection:

- Teachers must respect the privacy of students and maintain the confidentiality of any personal or educational information shared through the platform.

- Commitment to data protection policies and not sharing information with third parties.

F. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

- The lecturer is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information related to students and courses.

- The platform is committed to protecting the data of lecturers and students in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

6. Amendments and Additions:

- This agreement may be amended or new terms may be added based on a written agreement between the two parties.

- Any amendment to the payment terms or profit percentage must be documented in a separate appendix signed by both parties.

7. Termination:

- Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of no less than 30 days, with settlement of all outstanding obligations.

- In the event that the required papers are not submitted or the trial period is not successfully completed, the platform has the right to terminate the agreement without any financial obligations towards the lecturer.The aforementioned financial obligations are represented by the annual bonus, with emphasis on the lecturer receiving his full share of the agreed salaries.

8. Dispute Resolution:

- In the event of any dispute between the two parties, amicable negotiation shall be resorted to to resolve the dispute.

- If an amicable solution is not reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable local and international laws.

9. Consequences of Violation of Terms:

- In the event of a violation of any of the previous terms, the administration has the right to take the necessary measures, which may include warning, account suspension, or final suspension from the platform.
